Gripper systems are used as "robot arms" in the automated industry. The systems, known as EOAT (end-of-arm-tooling), are individually designed for each workpiece to be handled or for each application.
Our gripper technology has been developed from years of experience in gripper construction. From tongs to profiles and assembly parts to cutting elements, suction cups and a range of components, we offer you a comprehensive selection of tools with which you can design grippers that are perfectly tailored to your needs.
Grippers of all types can be assembled from the components of the modular gripper kit. From small, lightweight mini grippers for fast and precise pick & place tasks to sturdy grippers for car bumpers, everything is included.
In addition, complete robot hands can be built for work processes such as separating, gripping, inserting, removing, transferring, trimming, quality inspection and assembly. Our gripper parts are developed and produced in-house and have become proven standard solutions through repeated use.
For projects with individual design conditions and the need for weight-reduced elements, we offer the appropriate solution and complement to well-known robot hands made of aluminum. Gripper parts and complete robot hands are economically adapted to the technical requirements of handling by means of laser-sintering technology (SLS). Laser-sintering technology offers new paths in automation technology and provides designers with previously undreamed-of freedom in the development of new components.
