Tipping equipment

Our tipping device serves as a supplement to the hopper belt and is an excellent support for the automatic emptying of containers and skeleton boxes.

Function sequence:

The parts can be loaded either by a hand pallet truck or an industrial truck. After closing the secured safety door, the feed parts provided in the pallet cages are tipped onto the belt in a metered manner.

Variants:

Our tipping devices are available in electric and hydraulic versions. The electric version is designed for up to 1,000 kg and the hydraulic version for up to 2,000 kg.

By means of a special tilt control and level sensor system, your product can be gently transferred to the belt hopper.

We offer in addition:

• Belt hopper systems/vibrating spiral conveyor pots

• Linear conveyor rails and partial separation devices

• Handling systems (XYZ or robotics)
