Calibrated 3D Image processing

By inspecting your products in three dimensions, 3-D profile sensors help optimize product quality. The sensors are factory calibrated and include industry-leading image processing software with powerful 2-D and 3-D toolsets and a compact IP65 housing that can withstand the harshest industrial environments. Combined with unique field calibration technology, 3-D imaging provides highly accurate data despite mechanical support or motion errors, and enables the simultaneous use of multiple sensors on large production lines to generate single 3-D images with high resolution.
