Testing and Simulation

Comprehensive in-house system Tests will be made before commissioning of the Installation at the customer's facility

Therefore, Original components will be used as far as possible. We check single components like electronic drives, special modules and our application software. We simulate the process by copying the process peripherals on the hardware via simulation software for complex processes. So we already test our application software under real-time conditions in the run-up. That reduces the Commissioning phase significantly.

Commissioning

The Commissioning phase is administrated by our Engineering- and Software-Team.

Thereby the interaction of the machines and system components will be tested by using the application software. This assures that all parts of a project funtion as a whole safely and reliably.
