BHV-Automation with 3 new members of staff in the technics department!
One new team member added to the software development team, and two new team members support the hardware planning and control systems manufacturing.
Due to the various hardware projects the control systems manufacturing is extended. In our own offices in a modern environment we develop and build control panels. We plan with EPLAN 5.x, EPLAN P8 and WSCAD.

BHV-Automation moves to Arnsberg. Modern automation projects are now developed on more than 250 square metres of new office space.

BHV-Automation develops two new products!
BHV-IOPC server
In the course of various projects BHV-Automation developed the BHV-IOPC server. The BHV-IOPC server is a software which offers an intelligent interface to all standard SPS/PLC controls.
The BHV-IOPC server offers the following functionalities:
- Scripting for software development. The advantages: items can be created individually; database access etc. are organised via the scripting.
- Software modifications can be compiled to the main programm without stopping the process.
- Helpful diagnose tools.
BHV IVISION system
BHV-Automation has developed the BHV IVISION system, which is a very high standard image data processing system. It has been created for highly sophisticated image processing tasks and due to its high flexibility BHV IVISION is the ideal image processing system for special and serial solutions in machines and test control units.

BHV-Automation successful in recruitment efforts and hires four new employees!
BHV-Automation recruits four new members of staff for its SPS-programming, object-oriented-programming and commercial-managerial teams.
We are constantly looking for motivated automation technology specialists, ideally with a focus on PLC/SPS and high-level-languages programming.

BHV-Automation implemented three software projects in the USA, all three in the automotive supply industry, for airbag fuse manufacturing and plastics processing.

Fully automated assembly lines for airbag gas generator production!
SPS software development and commissioning of various fully automated assembly lines.
Database connection to Simatic S5!
MySQL database connection to a S5-115U via TCP/IP. The task was to enable the management of all process and production data of the airbag gas generator manufacturing in a MySQL database. The application was developed in C#.
SPS controlled indexing table with special welding systems!
Fully automated indexing table for the production of airbag gas generators for the automotive / automotive supply industry.
Laser welding machine (prototype production) for airbag gas generators!
S7 software solution with a SIMATIC PCU 477 as superior control unit. Synchronised propulsion technology for vertical focusing of the radial welding motion.
