    (5 megapixel) check and calibrate the article to ensure no existence of chips 360° +/-0,05 mm2, contacting area pin length +/-0,1 mm, overfeeding contacting / mounting areas +/-0,1 mm

Visual Control: Pharmaceutical Molding Components

  • All cameras are calibrated

  • All values are written via "Track and Trace" in a MySQL data base

  • To do a self-sufficient cross-checking without System, the components were finally tested by 3 InSight Micro cameras
